1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.

• We will be intimating you the order status within 48 hours’ time frame.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• We ship via trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (India): 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

• Delivery times may vary due to weather, customs, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping worldwide

• International location will have differential price added at the checkout as the listed prices are in INR and for india location.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

2. Refund & Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Canvas & Wall arts are print on demand therefore are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

• In case of defective or damaged, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and video of the damage.

• We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards

• Digital downloads

• Commissioned or custom-made artwork

Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we’ll confirm if your refund is approved.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. For International locations it might take anywhere between 10-15 days.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
